Thinning of the eyebrows, particularly the lateral third (known as the Sign of Hertoghe or Queen Anne’s sign).

This is a young woman who was admitted to the hospital with delirium following months of weight gain and constipation, and was found to have myxedema coma. Note thinning of the lateral third of the eyebrows.
