Adult-onset Still’s Disease – Evanescent rash

A transient, evanescent, salmon-colored macular or maculopapular skin rash seen in Adult-onset Still’s disease.

Patient 1

This is a young woman who presented with weeks of oligoarticular arthritis, daily fever, and an evanescent salmon-colored rash that coincided with the fever, and was found to have a serum ferritin value >5,000 ng/mL. She was ultimately diagnosed with adult-onset Still’s disease.
