This patient is a young man with recurrent pancreatitis, noted to have this rash which resembles livedo on his abdomen, although this rash doesn’t fade over time, and is more brown than red. On history, he was noted to have frequently used a heating pad for pain relief. Diagnosis made of erythema ab igne.
